The 11th theoretical workshop between the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) and the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) was held in the Lao province of Luang Prabang on November 28, under the theme "Developing an Independent and Self-Reliant Economy - Experiences of Vietnam and Laos".
