𒐪 Hanoi cancels fireworks on Liberation Day to concentrate on post-typhoon recovery
Hanoi's authorities have announced the cancellation of all fireworks displays in all 30 districts and township of the city on the upcoming 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation (October 10).
