The Cambodian official highlighted the pride of marching alongside forces from Vietnam, Laos, and China, marking the first time a Vietnamese-hosted parade featured foreign troops – a meaningful gesture in today’s global challenges.
The parade will begin at 6:30 a.m., starting from the Le Duan–Nguyen Binh Khiem intersection and proceeding to the Independence Palace, before splitting into four directions toward designated gathering points.
