Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairwoman of its Commission for Mass Mobilisation, has been appointed Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairwoman of the committee's Commission for Mass Mobilisation Bui Thi Minh Hoai held talks with President of the Lao Front for National Construction (LFNC) Central Committee Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune in Hanoi on April 26.

A delegation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) led by Bui Thi Minh Hoai, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairwoman of its Commission for Mass Mobilisation, paid a working visit to Poland from September 17-20.
