Cheng stressed that this is third time PM Chinh has attended the meeting and he is among the few senior government officials participating in this year's event, which is considered as a rare and commendable gesture.
Prof. Pan Jine, senior researcher at the Academy of Marxism of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, told the Vietnam News Agency (VNA)'s resident reporter in Beijing that the article carries multiple layers of significance, stating this was the first time both Vietnam and China simultaneously published articles by their top leaders when visiting each other’s country.
As two socialist countries, China and Vietnam need to maintain solidarity and engage in mutually beneficial cooperation, contributing to peace and stability in the Asia-Pacific region.
