Ahead of French President Emmanuel Macron’s official visit to Vietnam, scheduled for 25–27 May, several diplomats, historians, and members of the French-Vietnamese community have shared their expectations with Vietnam News Agency correspondents. All expressed optimism that the visit will pave the way for deeper and more extensive cooperation between France and Vietnam.
