Ministry proposes removing FiT for more competitive renewable energy prices

Thailand is exploring small modular nuclear reactor technology, as the Southeast Asian country looks to diversify its energy mix amidst dwindling reserves of natural gas that produces much of its power.

A hybrid conference on the application and development of hydrogen technology in Vietnam’s green energy transition took place in the central city of Da Nang on March 7, with the participation of managers, scientists, and businesses from Japan and Vietnam.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has completed and officially submitted the Power Development Plan VIII to the Government. This plan considers developing hydroelectricity and renewable energy projects at an appropriate scale.
