Rents for Grade A offices in Ho Chi Minh City increased slightly in the second quarter of this year, reported Salvills Vietnam, a leading real estate service company in the country.

Foreign investors have shown increasing interest in grade A offices in Hanoi, according to Savills Vietnam.

Prices of Grade A offices in the capital have been forecast to rise over the next three years by seven per cent annually due to low supply.
