About 315,000 poor and near-poor households across the countries are facing housing problems and in need of support, according to the Ministry of Construction (MoC).

Hundreds of houses were built in the border district of Song Mai, northern Son La province, last year, under a project on mobilising resources to address housing problems for poor households.
