Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, while receiving a delegation of Japanese experts operating in hydrometeorological forecasting in Hanoi on December 2, suggested the Japanese side implement more specific cooperation projects in this field, laying a foundation for the two governments to propose cooperation priorities in the coming time.

An official highlighted the important role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of hydrometeorology, while speaking at a webinar held by the Vietnam Meteorological and Hydrological Administration (VNMHA) on March 28.
