In 2024, Vietnam's trade revenue reached 786.29 billion USD, a 15.4% increase compared to 2023. Of this, exports rose by 14.3%, and imports grew by 16.7%. The trade balance recorded a surplus of 24.77 billion USD.
Seven commodities of Vietnam posted an export value of over 10 billion USD in the first 10 months of this year, accounting for over 66.5% of the country's total export turnover.
Exports of the Republic of Korea (RoK) in March 2018 rose 6.1 percent year-on-year, marking an increase for the 17th consecutive month, said the country’s Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
A detailed plan on logistics development, especially on transport connectivity, is needed to set goals for industrial production, agriculture and imports-exports, experts have urged.
