Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) maker VinFast Auto announced on July 8 that it will participate in the Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2024, the largest of its kind in Indonesia, which will take place from July 18-28.

Vietnam’s exports to Indonesia earned the country 2.51 billion USD in the first eight months of 2021, a surge of 44.2 percent year on year despite complicated developments of COVID-19.
