The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) held a national conference in Ho Chi Minh City on November 14 to review the implementation of a project on building and implementing an action plan to realise goals of the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community (ASCC) until 2025 (Project 161).

Party building continues to be the main task of Thai Binh province in 2015-2020 to lead the province in fulfilling socio-economic goals.
