The container shipping route connecting the ports of Beibu Gulf (China), Hai Phong (Vietnam) and Kolkata (India) is destined to become a key strategic trade axis, contributing to the sustainable growth of both the regional and Vietnamese maritime industries.

Vietnam and India should further strengthen connectivity to record more robust growth in bilateral trade, which is expected to hit 15 billion USD this year and surpass the record the two countries set in 2021, Indian analysts have said.

Books from Vietnam are now available at the “Vietnam Book Corners” which were inaugurated on November 4 at the National Library and Jadavpur University in the eastern city of Kolkata
