A delegation from Vietnam's Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA), led by Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra, on July 17 had working sessions with the National Human Resources Development Institute (NHI) and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in the Republic of Korea (RoK), with discussions focusing on personnel training and development in the public sector as well as smart city management.
