A regional exchange workshop to promote collaboration among member organisations of the Mekong Extension Learning Alliance (MELA) is taking place in the northern province of Quang Ninh from July 24 – 27.

Member countries in the Mekong River region should build up long-term strategies and action plans to boost cooperation in river-based tourism in the future.
