The Central Military Commission, Ministry of National Defence of Vietnam held a gathering in Beijing on December 9 with over 30 Chinese war veterans and experts who supported Vietnam’s fight for national independence.
Built by the Ministry of National Defence since 2019, the new Vietnam Military History Museum on Thang Long Boulevard, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi, will replace the old facility on Dien Bien Phu Street, which closed on September 30, 2024.
A delegation from the Ministry of National Defence of Vietnam led by Major General Le Quang Tuyen, Deputy Director of the General Department of Defence Industry, attended CANSEC 2024, Canada’s military equipment trade show that took place in Ottawa on May 29-30.
