The Government hosted a gathering titled "Honoring the Party, celebrating the Lunar New Year 2025" in Hanoi on February 3 to commemorate the 95th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 – February 3, 2025) and the traditional Tet holiday.

The Party Central Committee’s Secretariat has issued a directive on the organisation of the Lunar New Year (Tet) to ensure safe, healthy, and economical celebrations of the New Year, creating new momentum for realising the tasks for 2025.
