Member of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and Vice Chairman of its Commission for Information and Education Le Quoc Minh has called on countries to strengthen solidarity and join hands to effectively carry out initiatives as well as new cooperation proposals to promote regional integration and international linkages.
