General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, To Lam, held talks with General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and President of China, Xi Jinping, in Hanoi on April 14 afternoon.

The visit will be made at the invitation of General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee To Lam and State President Luong Cuong.

Party General Secretary and State President To Lam, accompanied by his spouse, is on a state visit to China from August 18 to August 20.
