Up to 82% of companies in Vietnam that joined a survey by recruitment consultancy Robert Walters said that they have plans to raise salary in 2025.

Salary increases at multinational companies this year are expected to be marginally down from 2020 and rise slightly next year.

Salary increases this year at both multinationals and major local companies have in general been higher than inflation rates, a survey has found.
