Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha and his Russian counterpart Dmitry Chernyshenko co-chaired the 25th meeting of the Vietnam-Russia Intergovernmental Committee on Economic-Trade and Scientific-Technological Cooperation in Moscow on September 11.
