The Quang Ninh Food Festival 2024 is underway in Ha Long city, the northern province of Quang Ninh, from December 26-29, boasting a lineup of nearly 130 booths – the largest number of registrations so far.

In addition to cruising - a typical experience for visitors to Ha Long Bay, getting the bird’s eye view of the world's natural heritage site on a cable car ride and enjoying hot spring bathing and diverse cuisine are among experiences that leading travel guide Lonely Planet recommends for travellers.

The northern province of Quang Ninh, which owns many tourist attractions from UNESCO-recognised World Natural Heritage Site of Ha Long Bay to beaches and islands, has seen a boom in tourism activities since the beginning of summer – the peak tourism season.

Art of the Samurai Swords, an exhibition from Japan, will be open in Quang Ninh province's Ha Long city this April.
