Following his official visit to the Republic of Estonia and activities in France, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his Spouse, together with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, paid an official visit to the Kingdom of Sweden on June 12-13, at the invitation of Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson. This was the first visit by a Vietnamese Prime Minister to Sweden in six years, aiming to further deepen the relationship between the two countries.
After wrapping up bilateral activities in France, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, his spouse, and the high-ranking delegation of Vietnam landed at Stockholm Arlanda Airport on June 11 evening (local time), beginning an official visit to Sweden at the invitation of his Swedish counterpart Ulf Kristersson. This is the first visit to Sweden by a Vietnamese Prime Minister in six years, aiming to further intensify Vietnam’s relations with Sweden, which holds an important role and stature in Europe.
