Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on May 19, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Tu Lien bridge project and its connecting roads, linking two banks of the Red River in Hanoi’s section.

Hanoi plans to build three bridges crossing the Red River between 2025 and 2030, with a total investment of approximately 1.9 billion USD.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on October 25 examined the national exhibition and fair centre project in Dong Anh district of Hanoi, requesting faster progress to complete it on schedule to celebrate big national anniversaries and become a symbol of the capital and the whole country.
