The first resolution focuses on tuition exemption and support for preschool children and general education students. The second resolution addresses universal preschool education for children aged 3-5.

The southern province of Binh Phuoc has met national standards for universal preschool education for five-year-old children in 2011-2016, according to the Ministry of Education and Training.

All 17 districts and towns in the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai have met target of universal preschool education for five-year-old children, said the Ministry of Education and Training.
