The initiative, titled the Microchips Engineering and Security Alliance (MESA), aims to cultivate a high-quality workforce in the fields of microchip engineering and semiconductor security.

The National Innovation Center (NIC) has engaged in a meeting in Hanoi with visiting delegations from Japan’s Hiroshima University and the US’s University of Idaho to discuss semiconductor training programmes and scholarships for Vietnamese students.
