Deputy Foreign Minister Le Thi Thu Hang and UK Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office covering the Indo Pacific Catherine West co-chaired the 10th Vietnam-UK Strategic Dialogue in Hanoi on October 24.

The Vietnam-UK strategic partnership has developed fruitfully across fields and is at its peak at present.

The sixth Vietnam-UK Strategic Dialogue took place in Hanoi on January 5. A joint communiqué on the outcomes of the dialogue was issued by the two sides at the end of the event.

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh hosted a reception for Foreign Office Minister for Asia and the Pacific Mark Field in Hanoi on January 5, where they commended active developments of the Vietnam-UK strategic partnership.

In recent years cooperation between Vietnam and the United Kingdom has flourished.
