Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang, who is also Chairwoman of the State Committee for Overseas Vietnamese Affairs (COVA), has met representatives of the Vietnamese community in France and attended a ceremony to launch an event honouring the Vietnamese language in Paris.
