World leaders have sent letters and messages of congratulations to Vietnamese Party and State leaders and people on the 79th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day (September 2).

Many foreign party and state leaders have extended their congratulations to President To Lam after he was elected as General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee on August 3.

World leaders have continued to extend their congratulations to To Lam and Tran Thanh Man after they was sworn in as the State President and Chairman of the National Assembly of Vietnam, respectively, at the 15th legislature’s seventh sitting.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc met world leaders on the sidelines of the ongoing G20 Summit in Osaka, Japan, on June 28.

World leaders have continued sending messages of congratulations to Vietnamese leaders on the country’s 72nd National Day (September 2).
