State President Luong Cuong received Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of China Sen. Lt. Gen. Zhang Youxia in Hanoi on October 25.

Party General Secretary To Lam on October 24 suggested Vietnamese and Chinese armies strengthen their cooperation, at a reception for Senior Lieutenant General Zhang Youxia, Politburo member and Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of China, who is on a working visit to Vietnam.

Minister of National Defence General Phan Van Giang highlighted defence cooperation as an important pillar of the Vietnam-China relations and suggested enhancing the collaboration, at his talks with visiting Senior Lieutenant General Zhang Youxia, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of China, on October 24.
