꧋ It was part of activities marking the 60th year since the US army began to drop tens of millions of extremely toxic chemicals on various areas across Vietnam.

Nearly 600 entries were submitted to the organising board from January 1 to March 30, 2021, including those compiled by overseas Vietnamese.
Three A prizes were awarded, along with five B, 10 C and 15 consolation prizes.
