It also aims to educate young people and tighten the ties between soldiers and people.
The event, the 10th of its kind, will be jointlyorganised by the CommunistParty of Vietnam (CPV) OnlineNewspaper and the Naval High Command.
It will be broadcast live on the VietnamTelevision Channel 1 (VTV1), the CPV OnlineNewspaper, and the Vietnam National Defense Television channel./.
