Hanoi (VNA) - Developer BIM Group bagged two international property awards forPhu Quoc Marina and Regent Phu Quoc Resort and Villas at the Asia PacificProperty Awards.

Theawards took place in Bangkok on May 25 and 26.

PhuQuoc Marina was recognised as an award winner in the mixed-use developmentcategory, while Regent Phu Quoc Resort and Villas bagged an award in the newhotel construction and design category.

PhuQuoc Marina, with initial investment of 180 million USD, covers 155ha on LongBeach, where leading resort and hotel brands have gathered to make it a luxurytourism destination on Phu Quoc Island. Regent Phu Quoc Resort and Villas, asuper luxury resort located at Phu Quoc Marina, will be run by one of theworld’s leading hotel and resort operators -- Regent Hotels and Resorts.

BIMGroup’s InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort and Residences earned anaward in the hotel architecture category in 2016.

Arepresentative from BIM Group said: “The awards are evidence of our reputation.We want to build not only quality property developments, but also build valuefor the community.”

TheInternational Property Awards, launched in 1995, are one of the largest, mostprestigious and widely recognised awards worldwide.
