This is part of ahumanitarian programme called “Warm Winter” jointly organised by theprovincial Youth Union, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City’sDistrict 12 and the city’s Cho Ray Hospital.
The programme also provides free check-ups and medicine for nearly 1,000 poor people, mainly ethnic ones.
On this occasion, the Ho Chi Minh delegation will present 800 gifts to families in extreme difficulty.
