Chinese locality presents medical supplies to Quang Ninh

Quang Ninh (VNA) - Representatives from the northern borderprovince of Quang Ninh received medical supplies from Dongxing city and the GuangxiZhuang Autonomous Region in China at a ceremony held at Bac Luan II Bridge inMong Cai city on February 8.

The aid included 5,000 personal protective suits, 2,000 pairs of protectiveglasses, and 1.8 tonnes of disinfectant from Dongxing.

The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, meanwhile, presented 420,000 surgicalmasks and 992 bottles of sanitiser.

Quang Ninh is one of Vietnam’s new COVID-19 hotpots. As of the morning ofFebruary 8, the province had recorded 47 community infections in this latestoutbreak, which began on January 27./.

🐬 Vietnam, France collaborate in vaccine production technology transfer

Under the agreement, VNVC and Sanofi will gradually implement technology transfers to enable domestic production of several key Sanofi vaccines that are widely used in Vietnam. In addition, Sanofi will support VNVC in training human resources and quality management in vaccine research and manufacturing.
