Numerous measures were also adopted to improve the livingstandards of local residents in general and religious followers inparticular.
On behalf of the dignitaries, father Bui Ngoc Tuan,in charge of the Ha Nam parish, thanked the local authorities for theirconcern and support to the Christian community.
