Conference reviews corporate culture campaign

A conference was held in Hanoi on March 7 to review the campaign on building corporate culture for the 2016-2018 period which was launched by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

Hanoi (VNA) – A conference was held in Hanoi onMarch 7 to review the campaign on building corporate culture for the 2016-2018period which was launched by Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.

Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Business CultureDevelopment (VNABC) Ho Anh Tuan said that the association has paid attention tostreamlining apparatus and expanding networks from 2016-2018.

In the near future, it will hold education campaigns toraise public awareness of building and developing corporate culture.

Over the past few years, the VNABC has signed cooperationagreements with 33 cities and provinces to launch the corporate culturebuilding campaign. It will be spread to an additional 30 cities and provincesin the north, southeast, and southwest.

It proposed holding a “Government with Corporate Culture” forumand the first Vietnam corporate culture festival in November.

As a non-profit and voluntary social-professional organisation,the VNABC aims to unite Vietnamese entrepreneurs, businesses, and citizensinterested in developing corporate culture as well as improving socialresponsibility and healthy competition towards the country’s sustainabledevelopment and effective global integration.

It has built a set of criteria for “Vietnamese corporateculture”, which is used as a reference to select the Business Culture Awards.

The international “Corporate Culture – Foundation forSustainable Development” seminar and a corporate culture festival were held inHanoi, meanwhile a Business Culture Ambassador was also appointed.

The VNABC also encouraged scientific research, training, andconsultancy via activities with the Business Culture Institute. –VNA
