Ninh Thuan (VNA) – The construction of a 37MW wind power plant began in Phuoc Dinh commune, Thuan Nam district, south central Ninh Thuan province, on August 30.
The Mui Dinh plant costs 1,272 billion VND (57 million USD) invested by Germany’s EAB Company.
With 16 turbines spanning across 12 hectares, the plant is scheduled to complete in 2017.
This is the second wind power project launched in the province.
On the occasion, the EAB company donated 10,000 USD to the Association for Sponsorship of Poor Patients of Ninh Thuan province and the Fund for the 𓄧Poor in Phuoc Dinh commune.-VNA
