Deputy Pham Khanh Phong Lan from Ho Chi MinhCity said it is one of the stepping stones towards luring more foreign touristsand easing the burden on consulates and embassies, adding that it also provesthe Government’s determination to keep administrative reform in line with thepolicy of IT application in State agencies for 2016-2020.
