Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s attendance at the G20 Summit in Brazil and official visit to the Dominican Republic from November 16 – 21 will convey a message of Vietnam as a dynamic and reform-oriented nation that stands ready to take on global responsibilities, according to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Thanh Binh.
