An international expo onenergy-saving and green energy technologies and products, Enertec Expo2011, opened in Ho Chi Minh City on Aug. 17.
Localand foreign companies are showcasing their energy-saving and greenenergy products at 150 booths during the four-day event, offeringconsumers a wide range of choices.
Addressing the openingceremony, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh, said that2011 is the first year that the country has applied the Law on EnergyEfficiency and Conservation. Enertec Expo is an important event topromote the effective use of energy in line with the law, he said.
