The project covers publicinvestment, database and information management, and management agencycapacity improvement based on the 2011-2015 socio-economic achievements.
Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment DaoQuang Thu said the project also introduces a handbook guiding theapplication of appraisal criteria and the ranking of public investmentprojects on a macro scale.
Participants talkedpreparations for public investment in-depth and reviewed severalsuccessful models in investment, healthcare, education, tourism and theenvironment.
They also looked into how to increasethe involvement of the private sector in State-funded projects andimprove their overall quality.
