Exhibition to spotlight patriotic emulation movements in seven decades

Over 200 documents and objects reflecting patriotic emulation movements will be exhibited at the Vietnam National Museum of History from June 9 to August 9 as a practical activity to celebrate 75 years since President Ho Chi Minh issued an appeal for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - 2023).

Hanoi (VNA) – Over200 documents and objects reflecting patrioticemulation movements will be exhibited at the Vietnam National Museum of History from June 9 to August 9 as a practical activity to celebrate 75 years since President Ho Chi Minh issued an appeal forpatriotic emulation (June 11, 1948 - 2023).

The patriotic emulation movements have significantly contributed to thegreat victories of the Vietnamese revolution over the past seven decades.

The exhibits will be showcased in three parts, introducing images relatedto 10 patriotic emulation congresses, President Ho Chi Minh’s attendance atpatriotic emulation congresses at all levels, outstanding movements across thecountries in the two resistance wars and the renewal period, as well as localitieswith good performance in the movements.

The event will alsohighlight efforts and contributions made by adolescents nationwide in patrioticemulation movements, especially those in protecting the environment.   

It aims to affirm the position, role, and effect of patrioticemulation movements in the revolutionary periods of Vietnam, which aroused thespirit of emulation among Vietnamese people to contribute to civilised andprosperous development of the country./.
