Hanoi (VNA) – The FLC Group willbegin the building of its eco-resort and entertainment complex in the centralprovince of Nghe An in the first quarter of 2018.
The project is estimated to span 460hectares in Nghi Loc district’s Nghi Tien commune, with total cost amounting to10 trillion VND (440 million USD) (excluding land compensation cost).
The luxury resort will have an 18-hole golfcourse, condotel areas accommodating up to 2,500 rooms, a 1,000-seat conventioncentre, and a shopping centre, among other facilities.
TrinhVan Quyet, chairman of the group’s board of directors, said once projectoperates, it will generate about 3,000 jobs for local people.
In August, the FLC Group sought to develop a smart urbancomplex in the centre of northern Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province.
Quyet said the complex would cover an area of 300-500ha, with an artificialbeach, golf course, entertainment park and shopping mall, as well as apartments,townhouses and villas.-VNA
