FLC proposes building passenger terminal in Tan Son Nhat airport

Property developer FLC Group has sent documents to the Ministry of Transport and Government Office for their approval of its plan on studying the investment and building of passenger terminal T3 in Tan Son Nhat International Airport.

Hanoi (VNA) – Property developer FLC Group has sent documents to theMinistry of Transport and Government Office for their approval of its plan on studyingthe investment and building of passenger terminal T3 in Tan Son NhatInternational Airport.

If approved, FLC Group will focus all its resources on carrying out the investmentproject in accordance with the approved plan, looking to put the project into operationafter one year of construction.

Chairman of FLC Trinh Van Quyet said his group has experience in constructing large-scaletourist resorts over a short time with high quality, adding that its FLC Faros comprisesengineers, contractors and both domestic and international partners, making theconstruction of the terminal within one year completely feasible.

Investment and construction of airport infrastructure has been an importantorientation pursued by FLC even before its Bamboo Airways officially took off,he said.

Previously, FLC Group conveyed its intention to invest in two importantinfrastructure areas for air services, one of which is located at Tho Xuanairport in the north central province of Thanh Hoa, providing an importantcomponent of airport service that includes a site for repairing and maintainingaircrafts as well as a training school for technicians and flight attendants.


Theother area is a large-scale warranty-maintenance centre in Van Don, in thenorthern province of Quang Ninh. –VNA
