Hanoi Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) is known for its subtly sweet broth made from simmered bones, tender yet firm meat, clear broth, soft, thin rice noodles, and a fresh garnish of herbs and green onions.
The Hanoi Food Culture Festival 2018, the first of its kind, will take place in the capital city from October 5-10 with an aim of introducing Hanoi’s cuisine legacy to locals and tourists alike.
