Theforeign designers include French duo Livia Stoianova and YassenSamouilov and Italian Antonio Grimaldi, who will be making their maidenappearance in Vietnam .
Korea 's Zio Song, governor of the Asian Couture Federation and renowned menswear designer, will present the closing show.
FrederickLee of Singapore and Nguyen Cong Tri of Vietnam will also showcasetheir latest collections alongside invited members Tamae Hirokawa(SOMARTA) of Japan , Roj Singhakul (ISSUE) of Thailand , andTsolmandakh Munkhuu (Tsolo Munkh) of Mongolia .
FrankCintamani, founding president of the ACF and chairman of FIDe FashionWeeks, said the event will herald a key milestone in Vietnam 's fashionhistory with the presence of many international designers alongsidethose from Vietnam .
It will be an opportunity toencourage and recognise designers who are not afraid to be experimentalin their creations to push their own boundaries amongst other talentedavant-garde designers, he added.
Representing Vietnam will be eight other talented designers, including Adrian Anh Tuan, Chung Thanh Phong, and Thanh Nga.

Emily Hwang, vicepresident of the ACF, said the rapid growth and expansion of Vietnamin recent years and the opening up of its fashion industry made it avery attractive market for designers.
The Vietnam International Fashion Week will take place at the Gem Convention Centre in District 1 from December 1 to 6.
