Hoa Binh Construction Group wins multi-million dollar contracts
The Hoa Binh Construction Group JSC on January 31 signed a contract worth 470 billion VND (over 20.6 milion USD) with the Cam Lam Investment Ltd under which it will undertake the construction of the Swiss Belresort Nha Trang in Khanh Hoa province.
HCM City (VNA) – TheHoa Binh Construction Group JSC on January 31 signed a contract worth 470billion VND (over 20.6 milion USD) with the Cam Lam Investment Ltd under whichit will undertake the construction of the Swiss Belresort Nha Trang in the southcentral coastal province of Khanh Hoa.
The Swiss Belresort Nha Trang - acomplex of hotel, villas and condotel – spreads over 30ha of land in the NorthCam Ranh tourist site in Cam Lam district. It has a total investment of 2,100billion VND (nearly 92.2 million USD), with 1,000 billion VND to be disbursedin the first phase for the building of 171 villas, restaurants, swimming poolsand technical infrastructure.
The Hoa Binh group will startconstruction work in the first phase of the project at the end of February.
One day earlier, the group alsoinked two contracts with a total value of 110 billion VND (4.8 million USD) forthe construction of the foundation and basement of the Hoang Cau office andcommercial complex in Hanoi’s Dong Da district and the structure of the officebuilding at No. 198 Tran Quang Khai street in Hanoi’s Hoan Kiem district.
