Indochina Kajima, Mandarin Oriental ink agreement on luxury resort management in Phu Yen
Indochina Kajima Development Co. Ltd. - a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Corporation - and Hongkong-based Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group have signed an agreement on the management and operation of a luxury resort in the south-central province of Phu Yen.

Construction of Mandarin Oriental, Bai Nom will begin in the second halfof 2023 and scheduled to be put into operation in the first half of 2026.
When completed, the resort will feature 72villas and hotel rooms, including 25 residences at Mandarin Oriental, spread out across a 29-hectare site.
Peter Ryder, CEO of Indochina Capital and member of theBoard of Directors of Indochina Kajima, said Indochina Capital has an unparalleled track record in masterplanning and developing Vietnam’s best luxury resorts, namely Four Seasons, TheNam Hai, and Six Senses Con Dao.
Indochina Kajima will expand on this track record with Mandarin Oriental, BaiNom, which will aim to set a new benchmark in Vietnam in terms of design,construction quality, operations, and sustainability, he said.
Ryder said theresort will be a sparsely populated, low-rise development in a pristineuntouched natural setting, inserting modern Asian luxury design into thenatural landscape.
